The basket contains a bottle of wine, a few different types of cheese, hummus, pita chips. In addition to a few other items, I also have a bottle of basil flavored olive oil. Because of the hummus and cheese, I will have to refrigerate the basket, but I'm concerned about the olive oil. Will the olive oil be okay if its in the refrigerator for about 4 or 5 hrs.? I will be at work when he picks it up, so I can't add it to the basket at the last minute. Thanks I am putting together a basket for my son & his girlfriend.
