A dynamic and complete Olive Oil Sommelier course created to teach all the secrets of olive oil.
At the end of the 5-days course, participants will receive samples of the olive oil standard defects (I.O.O.C. – EU) and acquire skills and certification (Sensory Aptitude Certificate) to join the International Register of “Olive Oil Experts” and to apply their knowledge in new and important international events and competitions.
